Action Learning Matters resource pack
The ALM pack is a comprehensive, easy-to-use guide to action
learning. It is designed to help you set up an action learning set,
and also contains useful guidance for set participants. The advice
is all very practical and easy to follow. Although primarily aimed
at the person who is developing the use of Action Learning, many of
the cards will be relevant to senior managers, participants and
facilitators alike.
The Action Learning Matters Pack consists of a box filled with
cards and a separate notebook.
The cards are grouped by colour and by symbol in the top
right-hand corner. While the cards have been packaged in a certain
order, the pack has been designed to enable users to place the
cards in an order that makes sense to them.
There is an index in both the box and the notebook to allow you
to check that you have all the cards and for you to refer back to
if you want to return the cards to the original order. The cards
are robust and will stand up to long term repeat use.
