and deliver action learning. For example, we can deliver:
- Action learning taster sessions, aimed at the specific needs of
staff, the organisation, and service users;
- Action learning facilitator training, tailored to address
project objectives and context.
We can also advise on the structure and logistics of large
cross-sector, multi-stakeholder action learning programmes which
have to meet multiple needs.
We work in a way that is true to the spirit of action learning.
We don't come in and tell you what to do or take over and do
everything for you. Instead we draw out your experience and ideas
and help you shape an action learning programme which works for you
