Action Learning Matters (ALM) is a national resource for action
learning in the voluntary and community sector across
England.
Action learning can work for volunteers, staff and trustees in
large, medium and small voluntary organisations, as well as service
users. This website aims to help you to participate in action
learning, including:
- Setting up an action learning programme
- Joining an action learning set
- Finding an action learning facilitator
- Getting funding for action learning
- Finding out about best practice, making links, and accessing
resources
- Evaluating action learning
This website also exists to signpost and share best practice. We
would also like to hear from you if you are a VCO already doing
action learning. Get in
touch to share your experiences - the site includes case
studies of current projects and we are always looking to add more
examples of action learning in practice.
If you'd like to publicise an action learning-related workshop,
programme or other event on the website please contact us.
Follow the links for more information on our
project aims,
funders
and partners and services.
This website is brand new, and we will build it up as it
matures. If there is anything you'd like to see that isn't here, or
you have any comments on the site, please contact us.
